ThreadRelay

Terms of Service

Effective August 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of the ThreadRelay website, account service, Chrome extension, and Safari app. By using ThreadRelay, you agree to these terms.

What ThreadRelay provides

ThreadRelay helps users mass-forward Gmail conversations they select to destinations they review and confirm. Each selected thread is processed as a separate forward through the connected Gmail account. ThreadRelay is not an email-marketing, newsletter, or cold-email service.

Current forwarding scope

ThreadRelay currently forwards the latest message’s text and HTML body from each selected Gmail thread. Attachments and inline images are not carried over. Features may change as the service is improved, and current product pages or release notes will describe material limitations.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing the correct Gmail account, messages, destination, and follow-up actions before starting a run. You must have the right to forward the selected content and comply with applicable privacy, confidentiality, employment, records, and communications laws.

You may not use ThreadRelay for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, fraud, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, infringement, or any activity that violates Google’s policies or another person’s rights.

Accounts and Google access

Your ThreadRelay account controls your plan and usage allowance. Free supports 1 connected Gmail account and 20 selected conversations per UTC day. Unlimited Monthly, Unlimited Annual, and the Seven-Day Unlimited Pass support up to 5 connected Gmail accounts with no ThreadRelay daily cap. Every plan supports up to 500 conversations per run, and Google may impose additional Gmail quotas. Google OAuth separately controls which Gmail account the extension may access. You are responsible for keeping your accounts secure and for disconnecting access you no longer want to use.

Free and paid plans

Plan features, limits, introductory offers, and prices are shown before checkout. Recurring plans renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily reverse charges already completed, except where required by law or stated in a specific offer.

Availability and Gmail limits

ThreadRelay depends on Google, browser stores, account, payment, and hosting providers. Gmail may impose quotas or temporary limits. ThreadRelay may pace, retry, pause, or stop a run, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery to every destination.

Warranty and liability

ThreadRelay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Review every destination and begin important jobs with a small test batch. To the extent permitted by law, ThreadRelay and Orbit Studios LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service as features, laws, or provider requirements change. We may suspend access that creates security, legal, abuse, or provider-policy risk. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
