ThreadRelay Support
What ThreadRelay does
ThreadRelay mass-forwards Gmail conversations you select to one or more recipients you review and confirm. It sends each selected thread as a separate forward through a paced queue. It is not a newsletter, marketing, or cold-email tool.
Before forwarding
Open Gmail, select the threads, then open ThreadRelay. Confirm that the Gmail tab account matches the account shown in the extension. Unlimited plans can instead choose Unread Inbox to load every unread inbox conversation, up to 500 per run.
What gets forwarded
Each forward contains the latest message’s text and HTML body. Attachments and inline images are not currently included. Start with a small test batch and confirm the result before moving a large backlog.
Plan and batch limits
Free supports 1 connected Gmail account and 20 conversations per UTC day. Its Unread Inbox source loads only the remaining daily allowance. Unlimited Monthly, Unlimited Annual, and the Seven-Day Unlimited Pass support up to 5 connected Gmail accounts with no ThreadRelay daily cap and can load every unread inbox conversation. Every plan supports up to 500 conversations per run, and Gmail may impose additional sending limits.
Why a run may stop
ThreadRelay stops before sending when selected thread IDs belong to a different connected Gmail account. Temporary Gmail limits are paced and retried automatically. Delivery failures and optional label/archive warnings are reported separately.
Contact
Email support@threadrelay.app with the run date and the visible error message. Do not send private email contents unless support explicitly asks for one specific message and you consent.
